Can I submit another picture or is it just a one time thing?

You may enter a new photo every six months!

Confirmation ID? I don't remember or didn't get a confirmation ID.

It may have gotten trapped in your spam filter. You might try looking there. If you don't find it, please contact us.

How do I enter the Photo Contest?

You should see a link on the left of the page that says "Enter".Click that, fill out the form, click 'Submit', then fill out the next form to upload your image. Be sure to click the "Accept Image' button when you see your image on the screen.Be sure to write down the Confirmation ID that you are given when you submit.

I tried to upload a different photo, but the old one keeps showing up instead.

Press the <F5> button on your keyboard to refresh your browser.

Message: Image Extension Invalid

Please upload a valid photo with one of the following extensions: .jpg .jpeg .bmp .gif or .png

You may need to convert the photo from its current type.

Message: We are unable to upload your photo at this time.

We are working to solve a technical difficulty on our servers. Please try again later.

Message: Your photo is too large for the uploading process.

Your photo must be smaller than 3 Megabytes.

You must resize the photo, save it and upload it again using your confirmation id.

Message: Your photo was not completely uploaded.

• Make sure you are still connected to the internet.
• Do not leave this page until it finished displaying.
• Watch the 'status bar' at the bottom of the browser window to be sure the page has completed uploading your photo.

Once I submit a picture to CutestPetContest.com how long does it take to be able to view it.

You should be able to view your image immediately. If you cannot, then your image was probably not saved correctly. Please use your Confirmation ID to upload it again.

The writing next to the boxes where you enter all the information is too small to read. It needs to be bigger.

You can change the size of the text on the site to suit you by clicking 'View' at the top of your browser and then pointing your mouse to 'Text Size' in the 'View' dropdown menu. This will give you options for increasing or decreasing the size of the text on all the websites that you visit.

What types of image files can I submit?

We can accept your photo in JPEG(.jpg), Bitmap(.bmp) or PNG(.png) format.

Where is my photo/entry?

If you can't find your entry or photo using the search by last name function, then your image was not saved correctly. Try using your confirmation ID and uploading it again. Be sure to click the 'Accept Image' button to complete the process.

Why aren't there more questions and answers on this page?

Why can't I submit a photo in a format other than .jpg, .png or .bmp?

We are unable to accept other file types for almost as many reasons as there are other file types! Some of them are very large, some are not web-compatible, some are proprietary. If you cannot get your image in one of our preferred digital file types, you might try a photo manipulation program or mail in your entry.

Why couldn't I complete my entry? finish my upload? find my lastname or confirmation id?

We are sorry for the trouble some of our customers had during the transition to our new site. We are constantly working to make improvements and corrections. If you ran into trouble with our site previously, please try again.

Why is this site so slow?

Images take a long time to download. The bigger the image, the longer it takes. The slower your ISP, the longer it takes.

Because we are accepting image uploads from entrants, we have no real control over the size of those images.

We promise that we have done everything possible to have the fastest site we can. Thanks for your patience!
